The first, although fun, was sad! Chris, Oli, Julie, and Angela moved to Germany the day before we left for Seattle, so in all the business, I forgot to post the pictures. We met for ice cream on Wed afternoon for one final goodbye!

A few weeks ago Charlie had a rugby game in Atchison, which also happens to be the childhood home of Amelia Earhart! :) So, while we were waiting for the game to begin the kids and I went on a field trip!

Amelia's grandparents home, also where she was bornIt was really neat to see a lot of the news articles and things about her and her planes. They even had some costumes from the movie and an autograph of Hilary Swank. Sophia and Leo both got a plastic propeller that they enjoyed twirling. In fact, Sophia twirled so much that she actually got a blister! Poor baby!
