Rollin' on the Ri-ink!

Dancing Roller Queen!

Lauren getting brave!

Aubrey was on a roll!

We kept up the Spring Break fun by hitting the roller rink with our friends, Aubrey and Lauren!  This was their first time skating and I think they both did great!  It's a frustrating hobby, but sure is fun once you get the hang of it!

Zoo Day, Hooray!

We kept our Spring Break fun going with a trip to the zoo.  We had quite a crowd…Hilary and the girls came plus we met up with Lara, Tom, and Cooper and then Dianne, Molly, and Molly's friend, Cara, all showed up after lunch!  It was so fun!  The kids got tons of fresh air and exercise and they all were happy we were able to make it on the Sky Safari through Africa.  We were there during all the hubbub, police drama, but luckily made it to the car unscathed, although Sophia was a bit freaked out!

It was a little bit chilly to start our day!

We really do love the parade.  It was a bit chilly but it was worth it.  It warmed up enough that the kids could take their heavy jackets off and at least expose their layers of green!  We actually made it through the entire parade this year, which is a first.  I must say though, I think some of the really fun floats weren't there.  Afterwards we went to the children's area where they have inflatables and stuff and someone gave me free tickets for the kids to use on the bounce house, so that was a big bonus!  On the way home we stopped off for a Shamrock Shake!

Vacation Time!

So….I'm so, so, so far behind that I decided to not overwhelm myself with the idea of catching up and I just jumped straight to the good stuff.  All the stuff between then and now has been great, busy, full of holiday festivities and family fun.

Charlie and I just got back from an amazing 7 day cruise!  We stopped in Puerto Rico, St. Kitts, and St. Maarten.  We went with a big group of friends from all over the country and did some trail runs in St. Kitts.  It was so fun, relaxing and simply wonderful to get away with my husband!

after all that walking we needed ocean time!

in St. Maarten we eat at a delicious French place we had found the previous cruise there.  I'd been dying to go back and it was so worth it!
