Greek Festival...Opa!

Pretty much immediately upon returning from Seattle, we went straight into Festival mode.  The Festival is fun, but man is it tiring!  I was pretty much on my feet for the entire weekend but the crowds were amazing this year!  We sold out of almost everything, which is just great.  We start cooking for this in February so it's a long haul!  It's also fun to hang out with my bro and mom a lot and we had lots of other family and friends stop by and show their support!  I feel like I was pretty much stuck at the cash register the entire time though so I didn't get a ton of great pics and videos, but I got some!

This is the first dance they did and the same one from last year.  It's pretty basic, but still fun!

This was a new dance added this year for the little ones and I find it adorable.  I love seeing the little boys down on their knees clapping!  Leo does pretty well himself, considering all his factors! ;)  I also find it hilarious that Alex will clap and then do the jump...cute!

So yeah, we had a bit of Chinese food.
It was all amazingly tasty though and I was very sad we had to leave so early that I didn't get to partake in the leftovers on Wednesday!  We were the only non-Chinese people in the place, so you know it was good!

Zoe and her classmates had an overnight lock-in for Graduation.  They traveled around the city and stayed up all night, so we got a few minutes the next morning when she rolled in before we left for the airport.

We all headed home together with Aunt Bess and Rachel too.  The two girls enjoyed the plane ride home and played nicely on the iPad and watched a movie.  I relaxed a little bit and got to read some of my book but we were all happy to be greeted by our loved ones when we landed!  I think Leo and Sophia really missed each other.  This was the longest they'd ever been apart!

Woodland Park Zoo

So I've been super crazy busy getting ready for the remodel (which has now begun) so I have to finish up on our Seattle pics!

The Otises introduced me to the Original Pancake House many visits ago and now I must eat there every time.  It's way awesome.  Seriously.  So of course we went there Tuesday morning so help Zoe carbo-load before Graduation! ;)

Then I took Sophia and Rachel to the zoo.  It's close to their house and a great zoo.  We had to buzz through though because we didn't have a ton of time...and since it was record highs in Seattle that week, most of the animals were asleep.  :(

Sophia really wanted to see the penguins and is very excited that KC will be getting our own penguin exhibit later this year.
